Responsibilities (Cook)
Assist the head chef with preparingand cooking menu items according to our restaurant's recipes
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
Montor food stock levels and notify manager when supplies are low
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Followfood safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaborately with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and on time
Requirements (Cook)
Proven experience as a restaurant cook
Knowledge of cooking techniques and Australian food saftey regulations
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills/proficient in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends and holidays
