About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Albury. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, helping achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

You’ll be supporting clients to live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with:

Personal care and hygiene

Meal preparation and daily routines

Community access and social engagement

Mobility support using hoists, Sara Stedy lift, slide sheets, and transfer boards

Collaborating with families, allied health professionals, and team members

Shifts are available across a 24/7 structured roster, including mornings (6am–10am or 7am–10am), evenings, and community access hours.

Support Workers with High-Care Experience

Support Workers willing to train in complex care

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care and support tailored to individual needs

Support clients with hygiene, meal preparation, and social activities

Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and team members

Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards

Hours are varied across a 24-hour, 7 day a week structured roster, and/or community access hours, evening hours, etc

Deliver personal care and support tailored to individual needs

Assist with mobility using hoist lifts, Sara Stedy, slide sheets, and transfer boards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in high-needs disability support (preferred but not essential)

Willingness to undertake training in complex care and manual handling

Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Cert III or IV in Disability Support (or currently studying)

Current First Aid & CPR certification, NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Valid Driver’s License
