About Us

Summerland Support Services is a Northern Rivers based Registered NDIS provider delivering person centred support with a difference. We treat every participant the way we would expect our own family to be treated, with genuine care, compassion, and commitment.

We specialise in complex support needs, supported independent living (SIL), support coordination, and community engagement across the Northern Rivers and beyond.

About You

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who are committed to delivering high quality support. You’ll be working with participants in their homes and communities empowering them to live the life they choose.

Highly Regarded Experience:

Peg feeding, hoist use, or supporting people with acquired brain injuries

Experience with complex physical or psychosocial support needs

Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent preferred.

Essential Requirements:

✅ NDIS Worker Check
✅ Working with Children Check
✅ Current First Aid and CPR Certification
✅ Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
✅ Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance
