As an agency-based Disability Support Worker and Youth Worker with HCA, you will:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients residing in SIL, SDA, in‑home, or group home settings
• Support individuals with a wide range of mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities
• Follow personalised care plans to ensure each person’s needs and goals are met.

About Us:

What You Need:

• Minimum 6 months of Disability Support Work and Youth Work experience
• Must have Bachelor's or Diploma of Community Service
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Valid NSW Working with Children's Check for paid employment
• Valid NDISWC number
• National Police Check
• Full NSW Driver's license
