Client 1
About the Role: This role involves supporting a client to maintain their functional and social independence through in-home assistance and community access.

Support Includes:

• In-home daily living assistance
• Personal care
• Community access and social engagement
• High manual handling tasks
• Promoting independence and quality of life

Requirements:

• A vehicle large enough to accommodate both a client and a wheelchair
• Female support workers preferred, but male candidates are welcome to join our talent pool
• Commitment to building long-term, consistent support
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends

Client 2 – Werrington (24/7 Care)
About the Role: We are also seeking support workers to assist a client living with quadriplegia, anxiety, and depression. This is a 24/7 care position requiring patience, empathy, and strong technical care skills.

Support Includes:

• Domestic assistance
• Social support
• Personal care, including bowel care
• High manual handling responsibilities

Requirements:

• Female support workers preferred, though we are open to male applicants for future placements
• Experience with complex physical and mental health needs is highly regarded
• Flexibility and availability across all shift types

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
• Strong manual handling knowledge and experience
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide trauma-informed and respectful care

Mandatory Requirements:

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Full working rights in Australia
