Scoliosis Physiotherapy is a friendly team of practitioners passionate about helping people with structural scoliosis. Based in Kew East, we are Australia’s longest established physiotherapy practice dedicated exclusively to this field. Clients are of all ages, with a 50/50 split between adolescents and adults.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis 3 days/week: Wednesdays 1.30-5.30pm, Thursdays and Fridays 9.30-5.30pm.

Our practice and reception area are beautifully spacious, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. The premises has private off-street parking and a courtyard for staff, as well as bus and tram public transport options.

We are seeking an experienced and naturally friendly receptionist to join us.

To succeed in this role, you will:

have a warm, welcoming and friendly nature

possess excellent verbal, telephone and computer skills

be well organised with strong prioritisation skills

demonstrate a strong work ethic

have previous medical receptionist experience

have knowledge of Medicare and PHI processes

be well presented

Experience with Nookal Practice Management or Cliniko Software is preferred but not essential. Please mention this in your cover letter.
