Due to a large amount of business growth, our client - a leading organisation in outdoor design and maintenance - is looking for an Accounts Officer to join the team!

• Based in Logan with on-site and street parking
• Offering $65 - 85,000 + superannuation, pending experience
• Flexible working hours, including possibility of part-time

Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position, including working with multiple clients
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a small team
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

You will be responsible for:

• Entering invoices into Xero and maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledger
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processing
• Following up on payments
• Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with tax and employment regulations
• Assisting with Tax and BAS Preparation
• Organising receipts, invoices, and supporting documents in digital format for auditing and taxation compliance
• Liaising with the accountants and management teams
