Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing a people & culture strategy aligned to business goals.

Leading recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives that attract and keep great people.

Coaching leaders to build high-performing, resilient teams.

Management or leadership experience is essential for this position.

Designing engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs that help our people thrive.

Overseeing compliance, performance management and HR systems.

Using data and insights to drive positive workforce outcomes.

A minimum of 4-5 years of HR/People & Culture experience is required.
