We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group (AAPG) during an exciting phase of transformation and cultural uplift.

This role offers the best of both worlds — the influence and scope of a senior business partnering position, with the opportunity to step up for a 6-month period to lead the People & Culture function while our Head of P&C is on parental leave.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to deliver people strategies that strengthen culture, uplift capability, and support our business transformation journey.

Following the maternity leave period, this role may have potential for extension or permanency in 2026 as our function evolves.

What you’ll be doing

· Partner with executive leaders to deliver people and culture strategies that drive engagement and performance.

· Provide trusted HR advice, coaching, and support to leaders across multiple business units.

· Lead key people initiatives, including performance, capability, OD, culture and uplifting talent.

· Oversee core people processes and change management.

· Support the Health & Safety team and key culture and engagement initiatives.

· Mentor, guide and support the People & Culture team, developing capability and encouraging collaboration.

About you

You’re an experienced HR professional who is ready for more strategic influence and senior-level exposure, while still being hands-on where needed. You combine business acumen with a people-first approach and want a role where you can influence and grow.

This role will suit someone ready to step up - an aspiring future Head of P&C who wants meaningful experience leading a function.

You’ll bring:

8+ years’ HR experience, with senior partnering exposure

Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and best-practice HR frameworks.

Proven capability in influencing, coaching and challenging senior leaders.

Confidence and discretion working with executive-level stakeholders.

Resilience, commercial thinking and adaptability in a changing, fast-paced environment.

High EQ, excellent judgement and a pragmatic approach to people leadership.
