About the role

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to drive transformation and shape the future of a purpose-driven organisation? The QPT is seeking an experienced Executive Director, People and Culture to lead the people, engagement, safety, and employee relations functions.

QPT provides essential support and services for Queenslanders in financial administration, wills, power-of-attorney, trust, and deceased estate management. With over 650 passionate staff, this role shapes the future of workforce strategy, culture, and capability.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic people and culture initiatives
  • Drive organisational transformation and embed a customer-centric culture
  • Oversee employee and industrial relations, workplace health and safety, and workforce capability
  • Provide high-level advice to the CEO and Board of Management
  • Manage a high-performing team across People Services, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Culture & Capability
