We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Your Optimal Health, a highly regarded Integrative Medical Clinic in Geelong. Our clinic is known for delivering effective, personalised healthcare, and our dedicated team is passionate about helping patients achieve their optimal health and well-being.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our integrative doctors to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional customer service and patient care.

Position Details:

Type: Part-time

Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Starting Schedule: 1-3 days per week, with potential for more hours.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who:

Has prior reception/front desk experience in a medical setting

Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Is adaptable, able to think on their feet, and follow direction effectively

Possesses a strong work ethic and is highly reliable

Skills required for a medical clinic setting (desired but not essential):

Experience with Medicare billing and understanding of relevant processes

Familiarity with RACGP accreditation standards and procedures

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with patients and medical staff

First Aid certification/Police Clearance or willingness to acquire.
