About the Role: As our Senior Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face our patients see when they walk in and the warm goodbye as they leave. You’ll also be the heart of our reception team—helping organise and guide the reception to provide the highest level of care and service. We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist with a passion for excellent communication and customer service.

Loves to lead by example and help manage day to day operations, with a knack for organisation, delegation, and prioritisation.

Has an "owner’s mindset"—treating the clinic as if it were your own.

Has experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft software (a bonus, but not essential).

Thrives in a customer-facing role, making people feel welcome and cared for.

Is potentially looking to transition in a manager role over the next few years (a bonus, but not essential).

About Us: We are a modern, private billing general practice located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and our receptionists work a maximum of 8 hours per day. We believe in fostering a supportive, family-like atmosphere where every team member is valued.
