Integrative Medical Administrator/ Receptionist

A fantastic opportunity to join the team at one of Melbourne’s original Integrative Functional Medicine Clinics.

With an established reputation for delivering effective, individually focused health care, our small team is deeply committed to helping our patients achieve optimal health and well-being.

Working closely with the integrative doctor, your role will be to support all aspects of the day-to-day running of the clinic and deliver superior customer service and care.

We require someone on a part-time/ casual basis with flexibility to work Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The position is for 2 days a week with Mondays being mandatory availability, as well as potential to gain more days.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Someone with prior reception/ front desk experience in a medical setting

• Nutritionist or Naturopath

• New graduate or final year naturopathy or nutrition student

• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task

This role can be very fast-paced and needs someone adaptable who can think on their feet and follows direction well.

Reliability and a strong work ethic are paramount for this position.

We stock an extensive range of practitioner-only, complementary supplements and do regular functional medical testing. Knowledge of NutriPATH testing and/or the Metagenics range is desirable but not essential.
