We’re looking for a dynamic, beverage-focused Managers to help bring this new concept to life. This is a rare opportunity to launch America’s Best Cocktail Bar in Australia and play a key role in introducing a globally acclaimed brand known for its award-winning drinks and exceptional service.

We are offering:

Generous Salary $76,000 - $78,000 + Super

Autonomous role with boundless central and on-the-ground support.

Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and growing.

Essential requirements:

Minimum of 2 years as a Manager in a beverage-led venue

Extensive Beverage knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine

Proven experiance working in a fine-dining or elevated dinning venue

Proven track record working in an elevated, high-volume bar venue

Ability to curate cocktail, spirit, and wine menus

Have a passion for the industry!

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.

A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace

Must hold current RMLV & Approved Managers License
