Your Role as Manager on Duty

As MOD, you’ll be the calm of a bustling service — leading, motivating and mentoring a dynamic team across all areas of the venue. You'll be responsible for:

Delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience

Supporting and guiding Supervisors and Team Leaders

Overseeing smooth daily operations across food, beverage and gaming

Maintaining a vibrant, safe and compliant environment

Innovating and contributing to new ideas and improvements

Helping to drive business performance and team morale

You Bring

Significant leadership experience in hospitality — especially across food, bar and/or gaming

Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & QLD Approved Manager certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Strong leadership, mentoring and decision-making skills

A hands-on, can-do attitude with a natural flair for customer service

The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
