Geebung RSL is seeking an experienced full time Duty Manager to bring energy, fun, experience and commitment to the team. The successful applicant will be part of a dedicated Duty Manager & Supervisor team and have a hands-on approach across all departments of the club and lead by example at every opportunity.

To be considered for the position you will meet the below criteria:

Minimum 2 years in a Duty Manager, Supervisory or Leadership position within the club/hotel sector, gaming, food, beverage or customer service industry

Current RMLV and Approved Manager certification

Current RSA & RSG certification

Strong hands-on experience across all aspects of food, beverage, gaming, function and events

Proven cash management & reconciliation skills

Advocate for regulatory compliance and providing a safe working environment

Strong computer skills and systems competency

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be a proven leader with a positive attitude and ability to motivate and mentor staff

Proven ability to lead by example and promote a culture of continuous improvement
