🎯 Position Objectives
Front-of-house support for the Foundation.
Manage merchandise and shop operations.
Liaise with volunteers and the public.
Provide administrative support to staff.
Oversee upkeep of Daniel House and assets.
🗂️ Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage inbox and phone calls.
Maintain event calendar (Asana).
Order supplies and merchandise.
Basic MYOB data entry.
Organise maintenance and stock supplies.
Manage company vehicles.
Support onboarding and asset register maintenance.
Merchandise
Oversee shop operations and website updates.
Manage inventory and order dispatch.
Supervise shop volunteers.
Input sales data into MYOB.
General Support
Maintain policies and procedures.
Manage CRM, WooCommerce, and volunteer database.
Assist with volunteer recruitment and training.
Take meeting minutes and prepare boardroom.
Support major events and general admin tasks.
âś… Selection Criteria
Essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Minimum 2 years’ administration experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Additional Requirements
Active Blue Card and Driver’s License.
Availability for key events (may be outside business hours).
