Join our supportive Housing Services Team to manage our Ipswich portfolio.

Role Description
The Housing Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of properties. By building strong relationships with tenants and landlords, they deliver a first class tenancy experience and an unparalleled property management service.
This is a hybrid role, with up to two days per week in-office (Milton). The role includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and laptop.

The Ideal Candidate must be comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds. They must have:
*Mandatory* A current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence/registration or be eligible to obtain quickly
Previous experience in real estate / social housing
A current Australian driver's license
Familiarity with a property management database (Console Cloud will be highly regarded)
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong time management and prioritisation
