Medical Receptionist – Specialist Practice (Gold Coast)

We’re looking for a seasoned professional who’s seen a few patient lists in their time—and still loves the rhythm of a fast-paced front desk.

What we need:

At least 5 years' experience working in a specialist medical practice (non-negotiable)

Someone who can juggle phones, patients, and admin with calm confidence

A natural with people—warm, professional, and great under pressure

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate what’s needed before anyone has to ask

Familiarity with Gentu software is a big plus

You’ll be the first impression of the practice—so we need someone who takes pride in doing things well, stays cool when it’s busy, and genuinely cares about patient experience.
