We currently consult from Birtinya, Noosa, and are excited to soon expand into the new Maroochy Private Hospital in Maroochydore.

About the Role
We’re seeking an organised, people-focused Medical Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — providing friendly support, managing appointments and assisting with the smooth running of daily clinics.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy

Manage bookings and schedules for our consulting clinics

Support daily operations — data entry, filing, stock control

Assist clinical staff and maintain patient flow

Communicate clearly with patients, referrers and colleagues

What You Bring

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A compassionate, patient-first attitude

Confidence with technology and new systems

Previous admin or healthcare experience (preferred)

A proactive and adaptable mindset
