About the role
This pivotal role ensures TDN’s property, fleet and procurement operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our frontline teams to deliver exceptional care to clients. You’ll manage supplier contracts, oversee building and fleet maintenance and coordinate procurement across a range of goods and services to keep our organisation running at its best.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead procurement of goods and services including maintenance, cleaning, uniforms, consumables and clinical supplies.
  • Manage stock control and purchasing to maintain accurate levels and cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and minor upgrades to ensure safe, functional facilities.
  • Oversee TDN’s fleet vehicles, managing allocation, maintenance, registrations and renewals.
  • Administer supplier and contractor agreements, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, negotiate renewals and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Promote a safe and positive workplace culture through strong WHS awareness and reporting practices.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in business administration, property/facility coordination, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships across suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems relevant to procurement, asset management, and reporting.
  • A professional, solution-focused approach with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Current Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and Working with Vulnerable People/Children (Employment) registration.

Why join TDN?

TDN is a values-led organisation committed to empowering people and building vibrant, connected communities. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • A supportive, purpose-driven workplace
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Paid travel time between clients
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging benefits
  • Access to our Fitness Passport Program for discounted gym and pool memberships
