Established in 1992 the Attard Group is a family-owned business aggregate that engages across several fields on a wholesale, trade, and retail level. The group consists of a variety of adjacent business spanning across Tasmania and Victoria that provide solutions across the fibreglass, industrial supplies, painting and beauty industries.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Finance Assistant/Officer to join the team in our busy head office. Reporting to the Group Accountant, this permanent full-time role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

Accounts to trial balance for five companies

Process transactions

Financial record keeping

Process payments and invoices

Undertake administrative tasks as required

Skills and experience

Prior working experience in a similar role of 2+ years

Proven ability in use of Excel and Xero

Knowledge of and use of stock management system highly desirable

Able to work well in a small team

Good communication skills

Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously

Benefits on offer

Salary range $75,000 to $85,000 dependent on experience

Regular salary review period

Modern and urban location with onsite parking & is accessible by public transport
