Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of annual and long-term brand plans across all brands (Strength Meals Co, Simmone Logue, Pasta Master, Artisano, Pitango, etc.) in Australia and New Zealand.
Manage all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging across ATL, social, packaging, and customer communications.
Oversee packaging design and brand guideline adherence.
Build strong retailer relationships to drive growth, deliver activation plans, and meet profit targets.
Collaborate with agencies on creative, media, PR, and digital campaigns to deliver effective brand communication.
Partner with NPD and Head of Food teams to align marketing with innovation launches.
Provide cross-functional leadership, aligning marketing with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain.
Manage and optimise brand budgets for maximum ROI.
Align brand strategies and communications with TK New Zealand.
Use consumer insights and market trends to guide strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor competitors to maintain brand competitiveness.
Oversee The Kitchenary corporate identity across internal and external channels.
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years’ experience in marketing, category, or brand support (preferably FMCG or food categories).
Experience in brand campaigns, NPD projects, or customer initiatives.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, retail environments, and shopper behaviour.
Skilled in project coordination, data interpretation, and presentation development.
Commercially aware, organised, and detail-oriented team player.
Passionate, proactive, and creative with an interest in food and consumers.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, or Power BI advantageous.
