About the Role

This is a hands-on position working closely with sales agents / property management and leadership to ensure every campaign is delivered with precision and professionalism.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Managing all property, agent, and office marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media

Ensuring brand consistency and communication standards are maintained

Developing and managing annual marketing budgets

Managing and growing social media channels and community engagement

Coordinating with photographers, videographers, and marketing suppliers

Producing reports and insights to support business decision-making

Supporting recruitment, business growth, and community marketing initiatives

Assisting with office events, sponsorships, and corporate functions

About You

You’re motivated, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

To be successful, you will have:

Previous marketing experience within the real estate industry (essential)

Bachelor of Business (Marketing) or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong time-management skills

Professional presentation and a proactive attitude

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure

Willingness to work flexibly, with occasional after-hours commitments
