About the Role

This isn’t some inbound “appointment setter” gig.
This is real sales — cold calling, booking your own appointments, and closing deals for digital marketing retainers.

You’ll be selling proven offers that deliver measurable results for trades and service businesses Australia-wide. We give you the training, the leads, and the system — you bring the confidence, energy, and persistence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to warm and cold business lists

Booking and running your own online strategy sessions

Closing new clients for Google Ads, SEO, and full-service marketing packages

Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM

Hitting KPIs and earning serious commission along the way

What We’re Looking For

You’ve got real sales hunger — not afraid of the phone

Excellent communication skills and clear English

Confident closing over Zoom or phone

Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, or call-centre work preferred

Self-motivated and reliable working remotely

You thrive under pressure and love competition
