🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

Guiding investors through the purchase of new and off-the-plan homes, including dual key configurations.

Conducting discovery calls, presentations, and site visits with potential buyers.

Educating clients on rental yields, depreciation benefits, and long-term ROI.

Working closely with the construction and design teams to tailor offerings to investor needs.

Staying current on property market trends, legislation, and investor-focused products.

💼 You Bring:

Proven experience in residential property sales (new homes preferred).

Solid understanding of investment strategies, cash flow, and dual key housing.
