About the Role
We’re seeking an Administration Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours/week), working remotely from home while supporting operations across DGH and all three subsidiaries.
Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, this role plays a key part in keeping administrative, financial, and operational functions running smoothly. It’s perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys detail-oriented work, and takes pride in keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to DGH and its subsidiaries
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation, payments, and reconciliations
Support payroll administration, timesheet processing, and reporting
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and financial tracking
Liaise with team members, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth workflows
Assist with internal reporting, compliance tasks, and data entry
Contribute to process improvements and system efficiency across the group
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Experience in administration, accounts coordination, or bookkeeping
Knowledge of Xero (highly regarded)
Familiarity with payroll processes and financial reconciliations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in NDIS / Human Services Industry
Confidence working independently from home, with initiative and accountability
A proactive and adaptable attitude — you enjoy supporting diverse teams and tasks
