Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote – Melbourne/Sydney Preferred)

About Us
Energizer Solar is a fast-growing business in the renewable energy sector. We're passionate about providing smart solar solutions and helping customers transition to clean energy. To support our growth, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Role
This role offers flexibility in hours (up to 20 per week) and the ability to work remotely. You'll be an important part of our operations team, assisting with administration, customer management, and light financial support.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and updating our CRM platform (preferably Monday.com)
Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets in Excel
Assisting with basic finance and bookkeeping tasks
Supporting the team with general administrative duties
Coordinating with logistics providers (experience in this area is a plus)
Providing occasional customer support and follow-up
What We're Looking For
Previous experience with CRM platforms (Monday.com highly regarded)
Strong Excel and spreadsheeting skill
Some knowledge of finance or bookkeeping
Highly organised with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge or exposure to logistics (advantageous but not essential)
