Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Working Rights: Full Australian working rights required
Hourly rate: Up to $38 per hour + super
Parking: Paid onsite parking (limited availability)
The Organisation

You’ll join a supportive Facilities team committed to data integrity, service excellence, and continuous improvement across a large, complex campus environment.
The Role
As a Facilities Data Officer, you’ll support the implementation of a new asset and work order management system by transitioning from Pulse to Archibus. You’ll verify, cleanse, and migrate large volumes of data, apply QR/barcode labels, and ensure assets are correctly recorded to enable accurate servicing and future space planning.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work across campus, takes pride in meticulous data entry, and collaborates well with operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Transferring a large amount of asset records from Pulse into Archibus
- Conduct on-site verification to confirm asset details and locations
- Apply or update QR/barcode labels to ensure assets can be scanned for time/date-stamped service records
- Enter and maintain detailed fields (asset number, location, programmed maintenance frequency)
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Provide input and feedback to support system improvements and team training
- Work efficiently and independently across multiple campus locations
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Archibus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets
- Confidence navigating around campus
- Strong communication skills, confident working independently and within a team
- Exposure to barcode/QR asset tracking processes
