About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to provide high-quality front-of-house and administrative support during a maternity leave period with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. This role involves:

• Managing reception duties and greeting clients
• Handling multiple email accounts and phone lines
• Data entry and general administrative tasks
• Using Microsoft Office and in-house systems
• Delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

You will represent the business professionally and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Some training will be provided prior to the current employee going on leave.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Business Administration and/or:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and phone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house systems quickly
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Professional presentation and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to start with minimal training time
