Exciting opportunity waits for you to join a well-known import, marketing and distribution company as a Data Entry Clerk located in Asquith, NSW. Our client specialises in homewares, electrical, commercial/ hospitality and outdoor/sporting goods.

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Payrate: $33.96ph + super

Job Description:

• You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, customer, and order records.
• Accurately input product and customer data into internal systems
• Maintain and update inventory and pricing information
• Process purchase and sales orders
• Verify data and correct any discrepancies
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
• Communicate with warehouse and sales staff to ensure data consistency

About You:

• Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good computer skills - MS Excel and data systems experience a plus
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Resides locally
