About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance operations? CVS is seeking a Transactional Finance Assistant to join our dynamic Accounts Payable team. This remote role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices, expense claims, and vendor queries across our Australian operations.

You’ll play a key role in supporting process improvements, training new team members, and contributing to the success of new acquisitions. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy making systems work better, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Process locum invoices, expense claims, and other assigned invoices with accuracy and timeliness

Manage vendor setups, amendments, and audit checks

Resolve complex queries with a customer-first approach

Support AP processors in AUS and UK teams

Provide training and onboarding support for new acquisitions and starters

Lead or assist in AP-related projects and system upgrades

Perform and train others on monthly till reconciliations

Deputise for the AP Team Leader when required

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Accounts Payable processing

Strong query resolution and customer service skills

Confident communicator across all levels

Experience training others on systems and processes

Excellent organisational skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

Flexibility with working hours to align with the need to work with the UK team
