The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the upkeep, compliance, and contractor coordination across all three venues. This is a multi-site role with variety — no two days are the same.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll oversee maintenance, preventative programs, contractor coordination, IT systems (Secom), and capital works. Your leadership ensures our venues are safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations and coordinate contractors across all venues

Oversee IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations

Implement preventative maintenance and capital works programs

Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Work closely with Venue Managers and external partners to deliver high standards

Manage budgets, schedules, and operational planning across multiple sites
