About the role:

As our Facility Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our Residential Aged Care Facility, leading with vision, compassion, and a relentless drive for excellence. You'll oversee every aspect of the facility's operations supported by an experienced and talented team. In this role, you will:

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and culture of our vibrant Residential Aged Care Facility

• Inspire and manage a high-performing team to deliver safe, person-centred care every day

• Oversee staffing, and service delivery with precision and compassion

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners

• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources to optimise performance and care outcomes

• Champion innovation, wellbeing, and a workplace culture where everyone thrives

About You:

• Proven leadership in residential aged care (Facility Manager or equivalent)

• AHPRA registration and a deep understanding of aged care legislation and standards

• A passion for people, performance, and purpose

• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills

• A commitment to continuous improvement and resident empowerment
