As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team and help us deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily delivery of cleaning services across a portfolio of sites. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and site teams, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Day-to-day you’ll:

Manage service delivery across multiple client sites

Be the main point of contact for your clients

Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with WHS and food safety standards

Lead, coach, and support supervisors and cleaners

Manage rostering, reporting, and quality assurance

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

Experience in facilities management, cleaning, or hospitality operations

Strong people and relationship management skills

Great communication and problem-solving ability

Working knowledge of HACCP, WHS, and food safety compliance

Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams

Solid computer and reporting skills

Current driver’s licence (essential)
