We are currently seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our retail stores, offices, and warehouse facilities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of all facilities to ensure a safe, compliant, and functional environment.
• Coordinate maintenance across all retail store locations and head office.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers, and landlords to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Track facility budgets and control maintenance costs

About You

• Proven experience in a Facility or Property Management role, preferably in retail or logistics
• Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and contractor negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required
• A proactive, hands on approach with a focus on safety and compliance
• Trade qualifications or facilities management certification (desirable)
