About the role

We’re seeking two professional Receptionists to join our client’s busy south-east offices in a Monday–Friday role offering genuine work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Handle walk-ins and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Assist the sales department with administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard of presentation
  • Support general office operations as required
  • This role is ideal for someone looking to step into the real-estate industry or a career receptionist seeking a stable, professional environment.

About you

  • You are well-presented, professional and confident in a front-of-house role.
  • Your business-English is strong: you can speak and write clearly, politely and accurately.
  • You are comfortable answering phones, greeting clients, managing the reception area, and supporting sales team administration as required.
  • You have an affinity for the real-estate environment (or a desire to learn it) and can thrive in a fast-paced but structured office.
  • You enjoy providing excellent customer service, and you value being part of a professional team.
