In this full-time position, you will be the face and voice of our agency — delivering a five-star client experience while providing vital operational support to our property management division. This is a pivotal position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will be the first point of contact for all clients, representing the Woodards Manningham brand with absolute confidence, warmth, and professionalism. Beyond reception, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to the Directors/ Leadership Team and Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding first impression to clients and visitors, in person, over the phone, and via email

Provide expert administrative support

Support sales staff with ensuring keys & gifts are ready for property all settlements

Handle the administration of the onboarding of new tenancies and general property management administration

Coordinate incoming maintenance requests and support the day-to-day operations of the property management department

Ensure all client interactions reflect the premium service standards Woodards Manningham is known for

About You:
You are polished, well presented and spoken, proactive, and pride yourself on delivering excellence at every touchpoint. You understand the importance of exceptional presentation and clear, professional communication.

You will also bring:

Previous experience required in reception, administration or property management support

Outstanding organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail

Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Proficiency with Box & Dice, PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE.

A commitment to excellence, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for customer service

Impeccable personal presentation and a polished, articulate manner
