Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with Rural Northwest Health seeking a Human Resources generalist to provide a comprehensive range of services to support the provision of a strategically focused People and Culture function. Key responsibilities include internal and external recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, assisting with employee and industrial relations, records maintenance and management, and supporting education and staff development opportunities.

This is a full-time role based at the Warracknabeal campus, with travel required to all campuses of RNH

About You:

● Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or a minimum two years’ relevant experience

● Sound working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements and other applicable employment legislation

● Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and compliance requirements

● High attention to detail with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records

● Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation

● Previous experience working as a HR generalist within a hospital or health care environment preferred

● Current influenza (flu) vaccination

● Current Police Clearance and, Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
