ARP have partnered with a well-established local financial planning firm. This firm prides itself on delivering exceptional service and advice to clients, offering a comprehensive range of financial products and solutions.

They're seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSO to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally. This role is newly created due to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate and process client documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
• Sit in on client meetings, assist the adviser with strategy creation and prepare SOA request to

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar client service role (1-2 years)
• Knowledge of holistic financial advice
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
