We are growing and we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Stylist to join our Soda crew. We need someone with minimum 5 years’ salon floor experience who’s ready to deliver top-tier work while building long-lasting client relationships.

Your Role at SODA

Creating beautiful, lived-in colours, precision cuts, and transformational hair.

Working behind the chair with an existing client base and new bookings flowing in daily.

Consulting with clients to achieve dream results while keeping hair health at the forefront.

Educating clients on home care and recommending retail tailored to their needs.

Supporting the team with your skills and experience — sharing knowledge, mentoring juniors, and keeping the Soda vibe positive and professional.

Staying up to date with the latest techniques, products, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ salon experience (minimum senior stylist level).

Strong technical skills across blondes, balayage, colour corrections, and precision cutting.

Confidence in building and retaining a loyal clientele.

A professional who thrives in a collaborative, no-ego team environment.

Someone who balances artistry with efficiency — delivering beautiful results while maintaining productivity.

A stylist who’s excited by targets, growth, and contributing to Soda’s long-term success.

We’re Soda The Salon — a 7-seat boutique space on the NSW | QLD border, running strong for just over two years. Small but mighty, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional client service and a team of creative, skilled stylists who genuinely love what they do.

Led by Director Cian Christina — the powerhouse behind the brand — Soda was created to be a little different from your standard Gold Coast salon. Sure, we adore blondes (always will), but our heart beats just as strong for creative cuts: think shags, wolf cuts, pixies, and everything in between.
