The Opportunity

• Own the end-to-end implementation of financial advice across superannuation, insurance, investments & SMSFs
• Act as a trusted escalation point for client queries, platforms, & insurer interactions
• Lead workflow improvements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, & service excellence
• Oversee preparation of SOAs, review packs, and tailored reporting for high-value clients
• Partner with advisers to deliver seamless, professional client experiences
• Mentor & support team members to build capability across the client services function
