EIR Labour Hire is seeking a Recruitment & Client Coordinator to join our QLD team in Fortitude Valley.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes — helping connect great workers with great companies, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting our clients every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Screening and interviewing candidates over the phone and online
Registering new workers and ensuring full compliance (ID, work rights, medicals, etc.)
Posting job ads across our website and social media (Canva skills are a plus)
Managing data and workflows in our digital, paperless systems
Presenting candidates to clients for ongoing and temp-to-perm roles
Liaising with clients daily via phone, email, and regular onsite visits
Meeting placed workers onsite and helping grow our share of business
Gaining new business through referrals, lapsed clients, and proactive outreach

Who We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in admin, coordination, logistics, or client-facing work
Tech-savvy and confident in a digital environment (we’re fully paperless — ChatGPT users welcome!)
Organised, reliable, and self-motivated — able to manage your own day with remote support
You’ve probably worked in a busy office or operations role where no two hours are the same — juggling calls, people, and priorities comes naturally to you
Professional and approachable — comfortable with both tradies and management
Understands or relates to blue-collar industries (through experience, family, or background)
Calm under pressure, curious, and happy juggling multiple priorities
