About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Administrative Co-ordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate client records and data in Xplan and SharePoint
  • Supporting compliance, documentation, adviser diaries, and internal workflow
  • Proactively supporting Advisers in delivering new business and ongoing services
  • Liaising with fund managers, Centrelink, share registries and other key stakeholders
  • Preparing client files, reports and implementation documents, including superannuation, pension and investment portfolios
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client service or financial services admin role
  • Xplan experience preferred
  • Diploma of Financial Services (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
