Join our office team in an ever-growing, fast-paced events environment. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic office-based event hire coordinator to help bring our client's events to life.
BASED IN COOPERS PLAINS OFFICE
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Hire industry experience is not required, just a passion for client satisfaction and organisation.
A minimum of 2+ years administrative experience is required for this coordinator role.
Communicate effectively with clients
Prioritise with exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Be Reliable and Punctual
The Role
Organise client event hire (via email and phone communications)
Assist with administrative duties, including keeping accurate client files
Proficiency in Office Suite software is required for administrative tasks
If suitable: assist in marketing for the business, such as social media and website updates
