The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Client Relations & Support Specialist to join our growing team and work directly with our Head of Client Experience.
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident speaking with clients, enjoys relationship-building, and finds purpose in helping Australians reach their homeownership goals.
Key Responsibilities
Call and nurture warm leads who have already enquired about Super Property (no cold calling).
Guide clients through our online portal, ensuring they understand each step of the process.
Answer client questions with professionalism and care, providing timely support and updates.
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups to ensure accurate communication and client progress tracking.
Collaborate with the Head of Client Experience to improve processes and deliver an exceptional client journey.
About You
You’re friendly, reliable, and take pride in creating a positive experience for clients. You’re patient, clear, and can confidently explain complex topics in simple terms.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in customer service, client relations, or real estate support.
Are confident on the phone and in video calls.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and client portals.
Are organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
The Details
Hours:
Monday & Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Location: Hybrid Remote (flexible work-from-home setup with team collaboration days)
Salary: $70,000 OTE (base + achievable performance bonuses)
Reports To: Head of Client Experience
