Your Role: The Installations Hub

As our Customer Service & Installations Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of the team, managing the flow of our install jobs to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Logistics & Scheduling

Scheduling all installation jobs as they are received via email.

Managing and communicating with our Installation team on a daily basis.

Coordinating deliveries with the rest of the operations team by providing timely updates on job movements.

Administration & Quality Assurance (QA)

Accurate entry of supply & install jobs into our system (Simpro).

Following up with clients via phone or email.

Ensuring jobs are completed daily including necessary quality assurance checks.

Who You Are

You don't need years of industry experience—we hire for attitude and aptitude! We are looking for someone who is:

A Scheduling Expert: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing multiple concurrent jobs, timelines, and logistical demands.

An Effective Communicator: Confident, professional, and clear when dealing with site managers, installers, subcontractors, and clients.

Proactive & A Problem Solver: A self-starter who takes initiative, manages their time effectively, and can anticipate issues before they arise.

Tech Savvy & Accurate: Experienced with computer systems (familiarity with job management software like Simpro would be a bonus) and meticulous about data entry and quality checking.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role is highly advantageous.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).

A current driver's license and reliable car (required for the Caloundra West location).

A demonstrated desire to succeed and progress.
