The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Site Services Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and lead a team of skilled workers. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain client relationships, and ensure our projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site crews and contractors

Plan and allocate labour, materials, and equipment efficiently

Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and company standards

Communicate effectively with clients and project managers

Complete daily reporting, job records, and documentation

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

About You

Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within mining, civil, or industrial services

Strong communication and leadership skills

High level of safety awareness and attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively

Current driver’s licence and White Card (mandatory)

Additional tickets such as forklift, confined space, or working at heights are an advantage
