Why Join Us
● Lead a brand-new OOSH service with autonomy to shape its culture and practices
● Receive hands-on support from a collaborative Approved Provider and General Manager
● Take the lead on compliance and quality systems across two high-quality boutique services
About the Role
Croydon Tennis Centre OOSH is a high-quality, boutique Outside School Hours Care service operating across two locations; our long-established Croydon site and our newly opened Enfield Public School site.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and organised leader to take on this exciting full-time role. You’ll manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Enfield service while also leading compliance and quality improvement systems across both sites.
This is a unique opportunity to combine service leadership with a compliance and practice focus, ideal for someone ready to step into a senior role where they can make a real impact. Key Responsibilities
● Lead Operations: Manage the daily operations of the Enfield service as the Responsible Person and Educational Leader, ensuring smooth running, quality programs, and excellent relationships with children, families, and school staff.
● Drive Compliance & Quality: Oversee compliance systems, lead internal audits, manage risk registers, and ensure services meet National Law, Regulations, and NQS requirements.
● Lead the QIP: Guide continuous improvement cycles and prepare both services for Assessment & Rating.
● Policy & Procedure Oversight: Review and update policies in line with legislative changes and best practice.
● Mentor & Develop Staff: Coach and support team members to strengthen their knowledge and confidence in compliance, documentation, and quality practice.
● Collaborate Across Sites: Work closely with the Croydon Coordinator, Approved Provider, and General Manager to ensure alignment and consistency.
About You
● Experience as a Service Coordinator, Director, or Area Manager in the OOSH sector
● Strong knowledge of the Education & Care National Law, Regulations, NQS, and MTOP
● Demonstrated experience with compliance audits, QIP leadership, policy reviews, and A&R preparation
● A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and empowering teams
● Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to balance operational and administrative priorities
● Diploma (or higher) in Children’s Services or equivalent, plus WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection qualifications
Why This Role is Different
This is not just a Coordinator position, it’s a chance to take ownership of a service while shaping the compliance and quality systems across two sites. You’ll have autonomy in decision-making, plenty of support from the leadership team, and the satisfaction of seeing your ideas implemented.
