This project homes builder is well established and has developed a great industry reputation across their 20+ years of operation. Currently building upwards of around 100-150 new homes & developments a year, the time is now to join this tight-knit team within this busy, Inner-West Sydney office (CBD outskirts).

• Client engagement and problem-solving
• Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to settlement
• Contract variations
• Liaise with estimating and drafting teams
• Obtain permit applications and developer approvals
• Provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
• Attend weekly meetings to ensure workflow are being adhered to
• Prepare site files complete with all current project documentation
• Lead by example and build a team that delivers high quality customer service
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Adhoc Administration duties

About You

• 3+ years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
• Onsite companion experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, contracts, and approvals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.
